Height of date menu on non-matching resolutions of dual monitors is inconsistent

Describe the bug
I have two monitors and on both I have Dash-to-Panel. When I click on time in the dash to open date menu I get the menu scaled differently, based on selection of primary monitor. Monitors have same resolution, they have different scaling:

• Left one: built-in display, scale: 125%, vertical resolution: 1080
• Right one: NEC Corporation 23'', scale: 100%, vertical resolution: 1080

a) When I select the built-in monitor with scale 125% as a primary:

1. menu on the built-in (primary) one is correctly sized to touch top edge of the screen

2. menu on the NEC (secondary) one, with scale 100%, smaller than what would fit on the screen

b) When I select the NEC monitor with scale 100% as primary:

1. menu on the NEC (primary) one is correctly sized to touch top edge of the screen

2. menu on the built-in (secondary) one, with scale 125%, menu is so high that its top edge is outside of visible area of the screen

Checkout of the repository from GitHub, tip of master HEAD (currently 1c0c1f1). Installed with make install VERSION=9999
