Say stop to bedbugs, fleas, beetles, and other pests
NoPestsAllowed is a mobile application designed to help individuals and communities report, track, and visualize pest infestations worldwide.
The platform centralizes user-submitted reports (“depositions”) supported by photo evidence and geolocation, enabling better awareness, prevention, and response to pest-related issues.
This project was developed as a private, closed-source application by a team of multiple developers.
- Centralize pest infestation reports in a single platform
- Ensure credibility through photo-based verification
- Use geolocation to map infestation areas accurately
- Enable communities to identify high-risk locations
- Lay the groundwork for a scalable, global solution
- 📸 Photo-based reports (mandatory visual proof of pests)
- 📍 Automatic geolocation of submitted images
- 🗺️ Map visualization of pest reports
- 🧾 User depositions linked to specific locations
- ✉️ Automated email notifications and replies
- 📱 Cross-platform mobile support (iOS & Android)
I worked on this project as part of a collaborative development team.
- Developed frontend features for the mobile application
- Implemented backend email functionality, including:
- Email sending workflows
- Automatic reply messages
- Contributed to user-facing flows related to reporting and notifications
- Collaborated closely with other developers on feature integration and stability
This was a team-based private project, and my work focused on both frontend development and backend communication logic.
